AI disclosure requirements

The markets an AI influencer works in decide what has to be disclosed, and what proof we ask for. Each rule below is triggered by the territories declared on the profile: the EU by any member state, the UK on its own, and the USA by both of its rules. Territories with no rule of their own need no proof.

EU AI Act

The EU requires disclosing that content is AI-generated (Article 50). No official document needed — just upload a screenshot showing the profile/content is labeled as AI.

NY Synthetic Performers

Screenshot on each accountRequired now

New York requires synthetic performers to be disclosed in advertising. No official document needed — upload a screenshot showing the public profile is labeled as AI: a profile that declares itself AI carries that disclosure into the ads it appears in.

Image rights declaration

One document for the influencerRequired now

Every AI influencer in the catalog needs a signed image rights declaration: that the character is based on your own likeness and you hold those rights, or that it is 100% synthetic and no feature comes from an identifiable real person. Sign it on the platform — it takes two minutes.

About US endorsement rules →

Screenshots are per account. One screenshot of a public profile with the AI label visible covers every label rule at once for that account — but every account needs its own. An unlabeled profile leaves the market uncovered, so the badge only switches on when they all have one.

Documents are per influencer. They prove something about the influencer rather than about one profile, so a single file covers all the accounts.

Everything you upload is private: it goes to a private bucket and only Dimax Pro reviews it. A market whose proof is missing simply is not published in the catalog — the rest of the profile stays live.
