Last updated: [DATE] — DRAFT, pending legal review.
1. Overview
Dimax Pro is a B2B platform that connects brands and agencies with owners of licensed AI influencers for marketing campaigns. By using Dimax Pro, you agree to these Terms.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Accounts may be suspended for breaches of these Terms, including attempts to take transactions off-platform.
3. Platform use & payments
All communication and payments must remain within Dimax Pro. Dimax Pro facilitates bookings between brands and AI influencer owners and applies a service margin to each transaction. Deals made outside the platform are not covered or protected by Dimax Pro.
4. Content & licensing
Owners are responsible for ensuring they hold the rights to license the AI influencers they list. Brands receive the usage rights described in each package.
5. Prohibited conduct
Sharing contact details to move deals off-platform, fraudulent activity, and misuse of the chat system are prohibited and may result in warnings, restrictions, or suspension.
6. Acceptable Use Policy (AI influencer content)
Dimax Pro licenses AI influencers for lawful commercial campaigns in the beauty, skincare, fragrance, wellness and DTC sectors. By using the platform, both brands and AI influencer owners agree that the AI influencers, their likeness, and any content produced through Dimax Pro must NOT be used to create, request, distribute or promote:
- Sexual, pornographic, or sexually suggestive content of any kind.
- Content that sexualizes, depicts, or could be perceived as depicting minors in any way.
- Nudity or intimate content, whether explicit or implied.
- Any illegal activity, or content that promotes, facilitates or instructs illegal acts.
- Content that impersonates a real, identifiable person without their consent, or that is presented in a way intended to deceive viewers into believing the AI influencer is a real human when disclosure is legally required.
- Hateful, harassing, violent, discriminatory, or defamatory content.
- Misleading health, medical, or financial claims, or content for restricted industries the influencer has not approved.
- Content that infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties.
AI influencer content must comply with all applicable advertising-disclosure and synthetic-media laws in the territories where it is published (including, where applicable, EU AI Act, UK ASA/CAP, US FTC and New York synthetic-performer rules). Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate removal of content, suspension or termination of the account, forfeiture of fees, and reporting to the relevant authorities where required by law.
